プログラム内容/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION：
人々の多様性が増え、今や、まるで世界がひとつの部屋に集まって仕事をしているようなことが、日常の現実となりました。多様性があるところには、革新がおこりやすく、独創性や相互作用も高まります。しかし、また、盲点、偏見、ステレオタイプを原因とする争いやストレスが増えたり、不和も多くなります。異文化専門家たちの役割りは、こうした多様化したグループや団体を生産的にするために重要です。体験中心のこのワークショップでは、そのための創造的方法を紹介し、多様性が持つ可能性とその問題、そして、解決策を明らかにします。参加者の皆さんには、相互作用や変革のファシリテーターになるときに役立つような、実用的なストラテジーとテクニックを学んでいただきます。

学習目的

Demographic diversity has made working with the whole world in one room a daily reality.　Diversity can enhance innovation, creativity and synergy. Diversity can also increase conflict, stress, and strife due to blind spots, prejudice and stereotype. As intercultural practitioners, you can play an important role in facilitating productive diverse teams and communities. This experiential workshop introduces a creative approach to identifying diversity opportunities, problems and solutions. You will learn practical strategies and techniques that can help you facilitate synergy and change more effectively.

講師/PRESENTER：
レベッカ・チャン･アレンは、創造的革新のファシリテーターであり、多国籍企業、政府・公共団体のコンサルタントとして、20年以上の実績をもつ。カナダ、アメリカ、日本でワークショップを行う。著書「変化の旅を導く(Guiding Change Journeys)」では、多様な文化から得られる知恵を活用して、個人や組織を変革する方法が提示されている。その革新的アプローチによりアメリカ研修開発協会から、優秀女性賞、優秀専門家賞にノミネートされた。

Rebecca is a facilitator of creative transformation. She has more than 2 decades' experience of consulting with governments, multinational corporations and community agencies. A frequent workshop presenter, Rebecca has taught in Canada, the United States and Japan. In her book, Guiding Change Journey, Rebecca shows how to apply wisdom from diverse cultures for personal and organizational transformation. Rebecca has been nominated for Women of Distinction, Practitioner of the Year and recognized by the American Society for Training and Development for her innovative approach to learning and change.

場所案内/How to get there?:
麗澤大学東京研究センター(新宿アイランド．タワー4階／新宿区西新宿 6-6-1)。アイランドタワーは、丸の内線西新宿駅と直接つながっています。JR新宿駅からは、徒歩10分です。低層階行のエレベーターに乗り、4階で降りて廊下を右へ進んでください。左側一番奥のドアが、麗澤大学東京研究センターの入り口です。

i-Land Tower can be accessed directly from Nishi-Shinjuku Station on the Marunouchi Line by following the underground path. From JR Shinjuku Station it is approximately a 10-minute walk. Once you get to the building, select an elevator that stops on the 4th floor. After you get off on the 4th floor, walk to the right until you get to the last door on your left.
