プログラム内容/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION：
このプログラムでは、文化的衝突とトランスフォーマティブ・ラーニング（転換的学習）について参加者の理解をうながす体験学習を提供する。文化的伝統・慣習や習慣という点から私たち自身をよりよく理解するために、私たちの行動や反応の影響要因となっている準拠枠やものの見方を探求する。また、参加者が今後の自身の位置づけやコンフリクトをより良く探るために使える情報やテクニックを得られるよう、認識を混乱させるジレンマなどの転換的学習概念を紹介する。

In this session, participants will be invited to engage in experiential activities that they will use to process information on cultural conflicts and transformative learning. To better understand ourselves in terms of our cultural heritage and habits, we will explore our frames of reference and points of view that are influencing factors that cause us to act and react in the ways that we do. Some transformativelearning concepts, such as disorienting dilemmas, will be introduced and built upon so that participants can leave with information and techniques to use to further explore their own orientations and conflicts in the future.

講師/PRESENTER：
ベス・フィッシャー＝ヨシダ氏（PhD, CCS）は長年のSIETAR会員であり、紛争解決、リーダーシップ開発、チームビルディング、コミュニケーション、パフォーマンス・マネージメントの分野でコンサルタントとして従事してきた。現在、ニューヨーク州、コロンビアにあるティーチャーズ・カレッジの協力・紛争解決国際センター（ICCCR）の副主事を務めている。

Beth Fisher-Yoshida, PhD, CCS, and longtime SIETAR member, is a consultant working internationally in conflict resolution, leadership development, team building, communication and performance management. She is also Associate Director of the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution (ICCCR) at Teachers College, Columbia University in New York.

場所案内/How to get there?:
麗澤大学東京研究センター(新宿アイランド．タワー4階／新宿区西新宿 6-6-1)。アイランドタワーは、丸の内線西新宿駅と直接つながっています。JR新宿駅からは、徒歩10分です。低層階行のエレベーターに乗り、4階で降りて廊下を右へ進んでください。左側一番奥のドアが、麗澤大学東京研究センターの入り口です。

i-Land Tower can be accessed directly from Nishi-Shinjuku Station on the Marunouchi Line by following the underground path. From JR Shinjuku Station it is approximately a 10-minute walk. Once you get to the building, select an elevator that stops on the 4th floor. After you get off on the 4th floor, walk to the right until you get to the last door on your left.
