プログラム内容/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION：
　アジア人と日本人のコミュニケーションは本学会会員が多大な関心を寄せているテーマであるが、本講演では中国人と日本人とのコミュニケーションに焦点をあて、両者の共通点、相違点を考察する。

Communication between the Japanese and other Asians are one of the current topics that greatly interest SIETAR members. This presentation will focus on communication between the Japanese and the Chinese and explore the differences as well as similarities.

講師/PRESENTER：
　1975年上海生まれ、95年来日。現在国際基督教大学大学院行政学研究科博士後期課程在籍。専攻は異文化研究と日中関係。主な掲載論文は、1.「時計の発達史からみる日中時間意識の差異に関する一考察」（共著、『Human Communication Studies』 　Vol.30, 2002）、2.「暦と時間意識の日中比較」（共著、『Journal of Intercultural Communication』 No.6, 2003）、3.「マスメディアによって作られた北東アジアの政治的ドラマ：異文化コミュニケーションの視点からのコメント」、『日本の国内外のおける正義』（お茶の水書房、2003）。研究活動以外にコーディネーター（NHK2001APEC特集）などの社会活動も積極的にかかわっている。

Mr. Zheng Wei was born in Shanghai in 1975. He came to Japan in 1995 and is currently studying in the doctoral program in Division of Public Administration at the Graduate School of International Christina University. His specialization is in intercultural studies and Japanese-Chinese relations. His major publications include: 1) メA Study on Different Perceptions of Time between Japan and China from the Perspective of a History of Development of Timepiece,モ (co-authored, Human Communication Studies, Vol. 30, 2002), 2) "A Comparison of Calendar and Time Consciousness between China and Japan" (co-authored, Journal of Intercultural Communication, No.6, 2003), "Northeast Asian Political Drama Created by Mass Media: Comments from Intercultural Communication Perspective" (in Justice inside and outside Japan, Ochanomizu Shobo, 2003). He is also very much active in social activities, serving as a coordinator for the NHK 2001 APEC program.

場所案内/How to get there?:
麗澤大学東京研究センター(新宿アイランド．タワー4階／新宿区西新宿 6-6-1)。アイランドタワーは、丸の内線西新宿駅と直接つながっています。JR新宿駅からは、徒歩10分です。低層階行のエレベーターに乗り、4階で降りて廊下を右へ進んでください。左側一番奥のドアが、麗澤大学東京研究センターの入り口です。

i-Land Tower can be accessed directly from Nishi-Shinjuku Station on the Marunouchi Line by following the underground path. From JR Shinjuku Station it is approximately a 10-minute walk. Once you get to the building, select an elevator that stops on the 4th floor. After you get off on the 4th floor, walk to the right until you get to the last door on your left.
