2009年3月14日(土)〜15日（日）

　本年度の異文化教育実践研修会は、伊豆高原で、３月14 日（土）、15日（日）に行われます。

初日は、早稲田大学客員研究員の鈴木有香氏と、俳優で演出家でもある西村長子氏とのコラボレーションによるワークショップ、「演劇的手法のコミュニケーション教育への導入」を行っていただきます。パフォーマンス手法がいかにコミュニケーション教育に広がりをもたらすことができるかを体験していきます。

二日目は、ゴールドマン・サックス・ジャパン・ホールディングスで研修に関わっておられる森山亜希子会員によるワークショップ「グローバル組織におけるリーダーシップ＆ダイバーシティ研修」を予定しています。ワークショップでは、ゴールドマンサックスでの事例の紹介に加え、一般的なグローバル環境でいかにして人材（特に日本人リーダー）を育成すべきかについて、参加者の方と考えていきます。

The retreat program this year will be held in Izukogen on Mar. 14 (Sat.) and 15(Sun.).　We will have a workshop on teaching communication incorporating performance skills by Ms. Yuka Suzuki（visiting researcher, Waseda University）, with the collaboration of Ms. Choko Nishimura (professional actor and stage director) on the 14th. They will introduce how we can enhance communication teaching by incorporating performance skills.

We also have an exciting workshop "Leadership & Diversity Training in Global Organizations" by Ms. Akiko Moriyama (Goldman Sachs Japan Holdings Ltd.). She will introduce the case of Goldman Sachs and she also will facilitate a session on how to develop leadership, especially among Japanese employees.

費用/FEE:
15,000円（会員）、18,000円（一般）
12,000円（就業していないフルタイムの学生は、会員、一般を問わず、12,000円）

上記費用の内訳は、1泊３食（14日夕食、15日朝食、昼食）の費用が11,000円、研修会参加費、懇親会費、施設利用費他が、4,000円となっております。
お部屋：一部屋を、３〜４人で共有します。ご夫婦、ご家族で参加される方には、お早めにお申し込みいただければ、別室を用意いたします。ご家族の方は、宿泊料金（11,000円、子ども料金あり）のみ。

This includes one-night accommodation with three meals (\11,000) and　fees for participation, reception & facilities (\ 4,000).
Room: 3-4 people share one room. For couples or families, we can prepare one room if you can let us know beforehand.
Fee for a family: 11,000 yen for adult. (There is a child discount)

キャンセル料：　3日前以降10,000円、当日100％の参加費を後日指定の口座へお振込みください。
