プログラム内容/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
私たち一人一人が自身の働きを通して、地球市民としての役割を表現、維持するために不可欠な2つの要素について探求していく。

This session will explore two imperatives vital to fully expressing and sustaining our role as global citizens as each of us engages our own unique work in the world.

講師/PRESENTER
ラムゼィ博士はCrestone Instituteの創設者であり、30年以上にわたって国際関係、国際リーダーシップ養成、チーム・ビルディング、個人/グループ能力開発のファシリテートの分野で国際的に活躍してきた。コミュニケーション領域での博士号取得以外に、演劇、人類学での研究経歴をもち、米国政府の主要機関や企業でのトレーニング、コンサルティングに従事する。日本では、1977年〜1981年に国際基督教大学の助教授として、1993年には神田外語大学の客員教授としてコミュニケーション教育に携わった。SIETAR Japanのシニア・フェローでもあり、Personal Leadership Seminars LLCの共催者でもある。http://homepage.mac.com/megumisugihara/index.html

Sheila Ramsey is the founder of the Crestone Institute, known internationally for her work in the field of intercultural relations, international leadership development, team building and the facilitation of individual and group creativity. She is a skilled facilitator and consultant with over 30 years of experience. Her forum for this work has been in the corporate sector, education, and in the not-for-profit arena since 1975. Dr. Ramsey has a Ph.D. in communication as well as a background in theater and anthropology. Her training and consulting is focused on enabling clients to utilize their creativity and unique abilities to develop workplace effectiveness and global partnerships.

Clients include: USAID, US Department of State, US Peace Corps, The Smithsonian Institution, The Open Society Institute, The Elliott School of International Affairs of George Washington University, The National Albanian American Council, EPA, IBM, Motorola, Apple Computer and Procter and Gamble. She has also been on the communication faculty of International Christina University in Tokyo, Japan as well as Kanda School of International Studies in Chiba, Japan.
She has worked as a professional photographer, studied as a potter’s apprentice in Mashiko, Japan and is professionally certified in the Enneagram of Personality. She currently lives in Washington D.C.

In her work, she has seen how those who make a commitment to bring forth the highest and best in themselves are also those who are most creative in their own lives and inspiring to others.

From 1977-1981 she was Asst. Prof. of Communication at ICU; in 1993 she was Visiting Communication Faculty at Kanda Univ. of International Studies. She is also a Senior Fellow of SIETAR, Japan. 場所案内/How to get there?:
麗澤大学東京研究センター(新宿アイランド.タワー4階/新宿区西新宿 6-6-1)。アイランドタワーは、丸の内線西新宿駅と直接つながっています。JR新宿駅からは、徒歩10分です。低層階行のエレベーターに乗り、4階で降りて廊下を右へ進んでください。左側一番奥のドアが、麗澤大学東京研究センターの入り口です。

i-Land Tower can be accessed directly from Nishi-Shinjuku Station on the Marunouchi Line by following the underground path. From JR Shinjuku Station it is approximately a 10-minute walk. Once you get to the building, select an elevator that stops on the 4th floor. After you get off on the 4th floor, walk to the right until you get to the last door on your left.
